Community feature requests, comments, and votes may be reviewed, moderated, removed, or used to guide product planning. Submitting an idea does not give you ownership of product features we build.

The Xecute name, Gary character, X mark, website design, copy, product concepts, software, graphics, and related materials are owned by Xecute or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create confusingly similar branding or product experiences from the site without written permission.

The website and beta may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, email, storage, authentication, payments, and other product functions.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

The site and beta materials are provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available in every location.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Xecute is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or beta materials.
